Does anybody know when do rosters freeze for surf cup? Second question how long does it take a club to generate a new player card if the previous one had expired.

Second question how long does it take a club to generate a new player card if the previous one had expired.

If it's a replacement card - it's usually as quick as the team manager can reprint a new one. If it's expired and the player needs a new one for the upcoming season, it's as quick as the club registrar can get into the system the league is using to store the required player info, and have it issue a new one electronically (which the team manager can then print). It's not a lengthy process for most teams/clubs/leagues, it just can be tedious if it's done piecemeal with dozens or hundreds of requests rather than mostly all at once.

You can still use the 22-23 card even though it expired a couple of days ago. This is almost always the case for summer tourneys.
