Who we Are:
OC Premier Academy has been operating youth futsal programs throughout the South Orange County area for over 3 years and is the only official US Youth Futsal organization in the area. Our coaching staff work with youth players ranging in age from 3 to 14, and ranging in skill level from beginner to advanced, high-level comp players.
Our coaching staff is comprised of both domestic and international coaches, with high levels of coaching and playing expierence. The most important skill that our coaches have is an enthusiasm and passion for the sport and for teaching the sport to youth players.
Our goal is to provide children of all ages and abilities with the highest quality Futsal training. We work hard to ensure that all participants develop their skills and knowledge of the game as much as possible during our sessions. Participants are continually challenged through the use of specially design games and exercises which will help dramatically improve both technical skills and their tactical knowledge of the game.
Who we’re looking for:
Professional coaching staff who meet the minimum qualifications (recognized national futsal coaching license or willing to acheive; and at least 2 years playing and coaching futsal) & those that demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm for the sport, professional demeanor, and a high level of responsibility.
All coaching staff will coach all program levels, from beginner to advanced. Coaching staff must be familiar and capable of coaching to a high-level of skill within the youth futsal program. Coaches must be comfortable and/or willing to learn coaching techniques specific to age and ability of participants, including those at a very young age.
PART-TIME FUTSAL COACH
1 year contract from January 2022- December 2022. Based out of Irvine, California. Opening locations in South LA, and Inland Empire.
Sessions:
Tues Night (430pm - 830pm).
Friday Night (5pm - 9pm)
Weekends - Some Availability.
Requirements: Two years coaching/playing experience. Willing to get Futsal Coaching License, Safesport Certification, Livescan Background check. Willing to train and educate candidates.
Responsibilities: Run High-Quality Futsal sessions with players between the ages of 3-18; and coach teams in Scrimmages; Leagues, and Regional and National Events.
Compensation Package: Coaches are paid per session, scrimmage, league game or Tournament game; depending on experience. Performance bonuses at the End of the Year. Contracts are for 1 year and all coaches are re-evaluated each year.
