Prestige FC and Socal Elite

I've noticed a lot of the Riverside Socal Elite teams have jumped over to Prestige FC. Anyone know anything about this transition and Prestige FC?
 
Looks like SoCal Elite’s former Riverside Director and EA Director breaking off and doing their own thing. I wonder what other things have happened after the Southwest Super League disaster
 
Interesting. I thought Socal Elite's former Riverside Director was all about staying local to the club. Interesting that they would choose Prestige FC. Seems like a lot of teams that are unhappy with their clubs are transferring over to Prestige FC. It'll be interesting to see if Southwest Super League will recover.
 

By the looks of it 70% is SoCal Elite Teams and from that a good majority have left or broke apart.
The other 30% looks like jumped to PSSLU and have not chosen SWSL Spring League.

Saw a post about a couple teams on Facebook being disappointed from their “playoffs”.

Anybody know anything else?
