SCDSL - No Discovery and No Playoffs?

I get that the DSL would not have Discovery. Low interest, diluted teams due top DPL/ECNL/RL but now there are no playoffs for 07? Seems odd. Anyone know why?

I actually think it’s a mistake. If I remember correct the last 2 years at the SCDSL Meetings the playoffs were said to be for all 11v11 games.
