Impeding? Red isn't trying to play the ball (it goes to the GK) but is shielding preventing the blue attacker from making a play for the ball?
Odd thing was, the ref on the opposite end (beginning of clip) was the one that called the foul. Perhaps he saw something that was hidden by the red player from the cameraWhat was blue doing with the first red player? That was weird, and likely what caught the attention of the ref that way instead of only on an impeding against red.

Last year was far worse
the only thing i can think of is he called that a dive. but again, why look for things to stop play? there was no need for any referee interference there.Foul on Blue with a yellow.
