Looks like Crescenta Valley-GPS and Slammers HB represented Cal South. Anyone have the scoop on how Crescenta Valley got in. Slammers had a poor showing and didn't get out of pool play, losing 7-0 to a Vegas team. Crescenta Valley made it to the semis. Anyone know what happened to Slammers? Is the Vegas team that good?
 
Legends ie and sdsc navy were already qualified straight thru to nationals from national league. Slammer won CalSouth national cup so got that spot to regionals. There was playoff between cv and hawks for the CRL regional spot and cv won in pks.
 
HB Slammers and CV are about evenly matched teams. Not sure what happened in the 7-0 game. CV got beat 4-0 by a team from Boise. The Vegas team beat the Boise team 3-0. I think the Vegas team needn't say more. But then again I wasn't there. Both of those game would've been good to watch. Or a Vegas vs CV game would've been interesting as well.
