@WeekendWarrior10 let Me first start off by saying how much I missed everyone here lol. Without a doubt it’s been very challenging not just for our girls but for us, the parents. I can only speak for myself... my little one continues to practice via Zoom with her team and we also make sure to take those skills to the backyard. I see nothing but progress and she can’t wait to hit the pitch! Fingers crossed
Totally feel you and agree this break from soccer is harder on some of us parents than the kids - zoom is great and seems to be the standard at this time for training, but as parks slowly open up I am seeing conditioning sessions with 4 players and a coach being allowed in certain cities. I’m hoping my team will adopt this process, with all required precautions of course.
It is with bitter sweet emotions that I announce the California Warriors will no longer be part of the Warriors family. We have officially changed clubs and will now play under Total Futbol Academy TriCounty G2011 (TFA). I feel like we just started making a name for ourselves under the Warriors name, but this was the best move for us and am sure we will make an even stronger name for ourselves under our new club name.
