No doubt.

The U16s have 3 legit pool players who've attended the regional camp right before covid. Either way, the YNT funnel is tiny. Next year that 9 becomes 2-3 (which will include the very talented younger players).

That’s funny…I don’t even count MLS as a top tier league…remember we are talking world class! Look up what that means in the soccer world.

Your daughter is U15. Learning from game film is pretty standard at that age for top level teams. At least it is in my experience from U13 on up. I am genuinely stunned a professional setup like Xolos ignored it.

How do you expect your daughter to get the YNT spot and Nike contract you believe she is entitled to if no game film exists, you refuse to participate in any ID sessions (or weren't invited but "didn't fancy it anyway"), and she is far too advanced to waste time slumming around with any ECNL teams?

You can't seriously be relying on positive camp feedback from a couple of college coaches and a sternly worded letter from dad to USSF scouts.

You are obviously just trolling everyone at this point. I wish your daughter luck on her journey.

Don’t defect again…what is your definition of 2 touch? that was what we were talking about. You brought up the top leagues and how they play…you don’t even make sense…you are talking about world class players and teams but then all of a sudden that becomes irrelevant when you talk about equal opportunity. What? So anyway, what is your definition of 2 touch

Peep game square. There were some laughable selections for the Norcal ID camp. Don’t make start roasting folks…I’m trying to be cool.

we are talking about equal opportunity pal. I don’t think film review is appropriate for an 11 year old and that’s is the focus of the inequity. Funny, how you refuse to elaborate on the inequity.

Plenty of people have elaborated on the perceived inequity.

You want my two cents? I can’t speak to whether or not I think they are correct as I have no idea who your kid, but it seems obvious to everyone but you that the USSF does not quite share your same enthusiasm for your kids potential to become the next YNT superstar as they have seen in other players in recent years.

It seems extremely unlikely they are all a bunch of racists conspiring against both your daughter and their own be interests.
 
I should add that I genuinely hope your girl goes and proves em all wrong and I am cheering for her on tv someday. If she’s as good as everyone you say who watches her says she is, she is going to get that opportunity.

I do hope for her sake that you don’t encourage any forfeiting of future opportunities (like participating in the process for YNT selection) out of some likely misguided perception of a past injustice. You’d said that you are plugged in with the scouts and coaches already, and I am sure they will be happy to recommend her next steps.

Once he said he didn’t think film was a valuable tool at that age it was clear he is full of it and doesn’t know what he is talking about. I don’t believe any of his lies, he just wants to waste people time…I actually thought he was sincere for a minute

USSF can’t abuse their discretion. I’m 100% certain their actions can’t be justified and are objectively unreasonable. I promise, someone in Chicago is stressing right about now trying to figure out how to answer my inquiry.

My player ain’t a victim. She’s a happy well adjusted nerdy kid. I could care less about soccer. I’m simply addressing the inequity and starting to set the record straight.

At the end of the day, no one cares about women’s soccer. I’m proud of my kids academic achievements.

Wrong bro. My dd old team won the Natty with two touch soccer or you sit on da bench. 100% not lying. We beat Deza's San Jose Earthquakes two touch team in the GDA. It's real hard to find a team that lives two touch but my dd team did for two years. It was amazing by the way to watch. Dre is being Dre. Some of you seem really defensive though and makes for good reading.
