League Game Scores

Congratulations to San Diego SC for defeating Blues Lime 4-2 and winning the mayors division
I thought it was a cracking game. The Blues are as advertised, they are as good as anyone that SDSC played all year. I can see why they have no competition at their age group. Luckily, SDSC came to play and as predicted the keeper made a difference. The save in the first half was next level. Changes everything with a keeper. It was fun run, glad to prove a few people wrong.

SDSC keeper was the difference. Exciting game, and met some parents. You guys are so lucky to have that Norco Complex, Oceanside was the last new complex I remember.

Congrats to SDSC on the win yesterday. I enjoyed the game and the correct team won that game. The Blues did go up 1-0 but I think they breathed a sigh of relief and within the next 30 seconds SDSC tied it going into half time. You could tell the Blues were getting tired and it was going to be a tough second half for them. SDSC was big, pretty fast, and it made it tough on the smaller Blues.

On SDSC Navy, I thought the goalie, #10 (forward) and #5 (defensive back) were outstanding. The goalie made a great save in the first half, #10 was determined to tie that game after the Blues scored, and #5 made it tough on the Blues forward all game long.

On the Blues, I thought #3 (midfielder), #20 (right defense) and #8 (forward) played solid. #3 is a great two-way player and she was all over the field yesterday (she gave a great assist yesterday to #8 to get it to 3-2) but she got tired, #20 had a great and spirited game showing skill and determination on the right side, and #8 made a great first goal but SDSC Navy made it tough on her most of the game.

I also saw the 2011 Blues-Eagles game. I do not follow those teams as much but it was a great game to watch and enjoy. Congratulations to both teams.

#8 from the Lil Blues is dangerous 1v1 near the goal. #3 made me a fan of hers with her work rate and physical play ( please tie her shoes better) LOL

Glad I’m not the only one with this issue...I could superglue them to the shoes and my daughter’s laces would still come un tied...Nike Phantom Vision cleats have “ghost” laces

I don't get why people are so passionate about ranking U7-U12. It really is meaningless (except for obsessed parents). The kids bodies haven't developed yet, most athletic kids that age are still playing multiple sports and don't want to commit to an expensive club yet, and once puberty hits everyone catches up or plateaus. I wonder how many parents on this forum will be devastated when their kid hits 13 yo and is no longer a stud.
