Some of you parents are either naive or just scared to confront your coach.

I see it all over CSL and SCDL as well.

It's counterproductive.
 
At these ages players should know how to make their own decisions on the field for the most part. Coaches should be advising occasionally

The team(s) w/ 3-5 coaches all taking turns or even at the same time telling the kids what to do is a bit much. What happen to the one coach one voice?

The coach(s) that talk too much/ fast or in a foreign languages don't help much either, players can normally only digest a small amount of what's said during the run of play.

This is dumb. Classic circle jerk....

It only shows downward spiral and at each decision node, there are no options for alternatives and different outcome.
