IE Ref Association Help

[soccer dude]

I live in Corona and looking for suggestions on some good IE associations? I only found the 4 below. Any feedback on any of these is welcome. Do you get paid relatively the same for each org? I understand you get paid more for the older and more experienced divisions but I was asking based on apples to apples. I live near Silverlakes so I'd prefer an association that handles those games. The ones I see are

iesra does very little at silverlakes. They are mostly San Bernardino complexes.

The main associations for Silver Lakes in SCERA. NOCRA does a lot there too.

All are paid similar for league and state games. Tournaments can vary, however not by much.

They all basically pay the same. Refs get paid by the minute, so the more minutes you work the more money you make.

Then why do they refuse to add 15 minutes extra time for a 30 second injury?
