CSL Preview

Based off of the G04 Rankings that I've done here are the top three teams (rankings wise) heading into the start of the CSL season. Many bronze level teams haven't played many games so most of those divisions are crapshoots as far as knowledge of teams go. These are by no means predictions. Just where things kind of stand heading into the fall season.

Can't comment on your rankings, but does anyone else think that CSL Silver is a harder league than SCDSL Flight 2?
The middle/bottom of Silver would beat most of the middle/bottom of Flight 2.
And the top teams in Silver and Flight 2 would likely be competitive.

Bronze is tough to compare. Some teams belong there. Some teams are stuck there because they are new.

Bronze is tough to compare. Some teams belong there. Some teams are stuck there because they are new.

I'm not so sure about CSL Silver being more difficult than SCDSL flight 2, top to bottom. However, I think SCDSL flt 2 gets watered down because many of the participating clubs "B" teams play flight 1. I still think teams like Beach LB - Nunes, Strikers SC and SDSC in Flight 2 could hang with many of the Silver Elite Teams.

Gold Teams would make quality SCDSL Flight 1 teams. And actually with all the affiliates now registering for Flight 1 - Silver Elite teams would definitely be completive with many of the affiliates/bottom SCDSL Flight 1 teams.
