Top 10 GU2011

I said it from the Jump about Ole there picking easy fights like Mayweather they 100% Don't want the smoke from tough teams.
please notice @Luis Andres has not said what tournaments hes in coming up. Which surf tournament?

My daughter plays for CA Warriors
Just curious, and not interested in doing research. What tournaments and teams have you guys played. That has propelled your daughters team among the age groups elite. My older daughter 08’ has played some of your clubs teams and they have always represented your club well. The south bay and beyond seem to believe they have this age group locked down. But, IMO if our two clubs are as highly touted as we believe, we may make some waves once league starts.

@Hodari @redhood just to put things into more perspective for you guys. They are now starting to rank the top 2010 teams in the nation which we have competed at Super Copa with. You can cross reference that our 2010 team has played against top 5 teams in the nation. They are just starting to rank them and list will be more complete in the next coming months. We are not hiding. We will come out and play your best teams down south.

OK OK OK, too bad your 2011 team can't say the same. They want to play top teams in Surf Challenge to figure out how many loan players they need for State Cup right?

The club itself is very hands off and is really only a club in name. A lot of the teams call themselves something else and play as “California Warriors” for CSL. Those 08 teams that you played are most likely “California United” now.

As for our team, we’ve done a handful of 2010 tournaments. We’ve played in local leagues in the 2010 age group and against boys. We’ve done a number of 2010 tournaments and they won one. In the 2011 age group we have done 3 tournaments. We won 2 and were finalist in the Eagles spring where we lost to Blues.

I try not to rank us but Im sure that we can compete with any team at the moment. From watching your team I know that you can too. Look forward to the eventual match

Just wait for Surf or State Cup. In mean time prepare your daughter and get your team ready...If both teams make it deep in the tournament you'll most likely get your rematch. Remember its not my business and not my team. My team is the 2010.

I’ve seen the 2012 Blues team play quite a bit and they are a very talented team. They have 3 or 4 players that would be the top player on other 2012 teams. The striker is a great scorer but probably not even their best player. If all these girls are on the team (and not guests) I’ll be interested to see how they fare against 11s if they get a chance later in the year.

The 2012s have already Won 3 2011s tournaments this summer. also that's the Team not guest

So you never take 11s as guest players?
@Yuza hata Blues teams don't have deep Benches we only have 8 girls playing 7 v 7 we have never brought in a Ringer to the team EVER. The 2012s leading scorer on our team is still the leading scorer even if we have a guest and guest never start or play staring role...

I like they way you answered that question lmao

You can't rate based on one game, but Slammer's HB beat Slammer's Cerritos a couple weeks ago. Cerritos is a very physical, solid team for sure. Also, The Legends FC has beat Slammer's HB in tournaments previously in very close contended games. The Blues are both great teams, but do interchange players between the two. Not saying that makes them any less in ranking, but hard to distinguish one team from the other.

League will be the best way with locked rosters and 4 of these teams will play in an extremely competitive league. All I can say is anyone with a young lady in this bracket is fortunate. Can't wait to see some new blood too like Ole or the Warriors I have heard about in tournaments though!

The Mustang elite girls 2011s from Danville (Northern Ca.) are coming to The Slammer's Player's cup this weekend and they look to have some talent too. These girls are all young and really would not want my daughter caring much about our opinions here, but I want all of our kids to work hard and challenge each other. How blessed are we in So. Cal. to have such great competition right here? They have a decade to compete, so the girls need to learn to enjoy the competition. It's a marathon not a sprint.

1. Blues Mulligan
2. Blues Forsyth (Eastvale)
3. Ole
4. Slammer HB Zermeno
5. Slammers Cerritos Cruz/Bermudez

Legends out of top 5, they seem to be having problems with their Roster, I heard there losing their best player to the Blues.. Warriors out of top 5, Lost this weekend to the eagles...the same Eagles that @redhood says losses to everyone. Slammers Cruz/ Slammers HB play each other all the time...I know both have beaten each other so it could go either way...Slammers Cruz beat Eagles a couple weeks ago 5-1.... Forsyth won Carlsbad Cup a couple weeks ago. Ole won the VC Fusion cup a couple weeks ago...Ole has beaten Slammers Cruz, Eagles... Handedly this year. They will be at Thanksgiving Surf tournament after league play. Blues Cup should be a good one... I wish Ole was there but time will tell⚽

So Ole Red has beaten Slammer's Cerritos in tournament play? I think you have to keep Legends FC top 3 or 4 until they lose to 3,4, or 5 or other on here. Their performance regardless earns them a top spot until proven otherwise. Just my opinion though. I get Warriors out due to losing to Eagles, because Cerritos Slammers beat them handedly and HB Slammers beat them in a pretty close match. Of course, this can shift rapidly and will over the course over time as these girls put in their work and players find their homes. What's more important state cup or league? You can use guest players for state cup, so not my fave to use as measuring stick. League is the most solid way to rank a team as rosters are locked. What about that Galaxy team? Isn't there a San Diego Galaxy team that has performed well too?
