Chula Vista Rangers GU11 Red winners at Memorial Super Cup tournament
GU11 Red participated in the Memorial Weekend Super Cup Tournament The girls played up an age group and managed to go undefeated by winning 3 games and tying 1. They faced Encinitas Express GU12 in the finals, a team they had tied with in pool play and they came out victorious on a game winning goal scored by Nicole Sayd with 5 minutes left to play. The defense held on as they did throughout the tournament by only allowing 2 goals against. The entire team had a tremendous tournament and their hard work paid off by winning the tournament.
